No claims whatsoever for injury or death or damage or loss of property will be accepted by Dover Sea Angling or Dover Harbour Board.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCurrent Covid Guidlines : Please do not attend if you have Covid Symtoms. Please avoid contact with other Anglers wherever possible, wash hands as often as possible.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll anglers must follow any requests from either the DSAA Steward, The DHB Security, port police or parking guidance from the Parking agents.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFilleting Knives, Small Penknives or Scissors are the only bladed items permitted to be bought onto the pier . No Machetes, Hunting Knives or Swords are permitted.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePhotography of angling and fish is permitted, however it is STRICTLY prohibited to take photos of boats entering or leaving the harbour, Port Buildings, Port Staff or Port Vehicles. Anyone caught taking such photos may have their pass cancelled with no appeal.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf you see anyone acting suspiciously inside the secure port area please report it immediately.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnyone entering the port area agrees to be searched if requested.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbsolutely no standing or Kneeling on the wall.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn CT3 users are not permitted to stand on the seaward side of the Yellow Line.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAngling day tickets include the use of 2 rods, if you wish to use more you can book them as extras.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAnglers can enter from 8am for CT3 and 8.15am for Admiralty Pier, PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THESE TIMES\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCT3 can only be fished by pre approved Disabled anglers or DSAA Stewards. Anyone found In the CT3 area without correct permission will be asked to leave the pier entirely. DO NOT TRY IT ON.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDisabled anglers may have a helper or carer but the helper or carer can NOT Fish at all. Anyone found breaching this rule (Both Disabled angler and carer) will be asked to leave and may have their pass cancelled.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParking MUST be prebooked at \u003ca href=\u0022http://www.cruiseparking.co.uk\u0022\u003ewww.cruiseparking.co.uk\u003c/a\u003e – look for “Dover Sea Angling” – Choose date, its £2.50 per car for the day – THIS INCLUDES CT3 Users.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eParking is near the toilet block for Admiralty Pier and behind CT2 for CT3, Whilst driving inside the port all Port rules must be followed – Please drive slowly and carefully.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAlcohol or illegal Substances are not permitted to be used inside the port area, anyone found doing so will be removed by Port Police and have their pass cancelled and may face prosecution. \u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNo fires or BBQ are permitted on the pier.\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAny angler who is unable to attend a booked day must give at least 24 hours notice to DSAA by email ( fishdoverpier@gmail.com) to enable the booking to be moved to another day. Any Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the start of a session will NOT get an alternative booking. We apologise for this but we have seen a growing number of last minute cancellations making a lot of extra work for the club and meaning spaces can not be offered to others. If a day is cancelled by us or DHB for any reason then an alternative day will be offered without question. Due to the bank charges involved and the ongoing nature of membership and bookings we do not offer any Refunds to payment cards, only alternative dates( with no time limit).
